All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you believe you received a damaged item or the wrong item, please contact us within [X days, usually 3–7] of delivery. To process your request, you must provide:
- Clear photos or videos showing the damage or issue
- Your order number
Once we receive and review the information, we will determine if the item qualifies for a refund or exchange.
Approval Process
All claims are subject to review and approval. If the claim is approved:
- You will receive either a replacement item or a refund, depending on availability and your preference.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect sizing or color preference
- Normal wear and tear
- Items damaged after delivery
